Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer for printing and packaging paper products.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A. Free sample:
The blank sample or existing samples you can get free, just pay for the freight. And we can provide you with three Express (FEDEX/DHL/UPS) the lowest discount. Also you can also provide us with your Express account.
B. Customized sample:
Please give me your design, but you need pay for the sample fee and freight. And we will return back the sample fees when we produce your order.
Q: How can I measure a box?
A: The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
Q: Can you do the design of printing stuff for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in graphic design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and send us high resolution images, Logo and text, then we will carry out your ideas into perfect design and sample for confirmation.
Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: After you paid the sample charge and confirmed files, samples can be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 workdays. (Depends on different countries). You can use your own way to ship as well.
Q: How can I print my logo or drawings?
A: Please send us your drawing design, like AI, CDR, PSD file.
Q: How to get the price?
A: The price is based on material, size, thickness, printing and quantity. If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 24 hours on working time.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs for the box, and 200pcs for printing books and magazine.
Q: Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalogue?
A: We sell over 10,000 different types of corrugated shipping or packaging supplies and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact packaging or shipping product. That you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
Q: Will you sell the products with my trademark to other clients?
A: Absolutely not. We fully understand that customers have copyright in their trademark. We respect the right and privacy of our clients and won't disclose to anybody.

Q: Do you ship to my country? What is your shipping method?
A: We can help customer ship goods to different countries by different method. We support nearly all shipping methods in the world - by air, express, sea, railway etc,. DDP, DDU, EXW, FOB, and many more shipping terms are avalaible. DHL, Fedex, UPS and air shipping carriers solutions for you.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 1. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
2. 100% TT in advance.
3. Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is generally within 7~20 days, but the actual delivery time depends on the requirements of your order.
Q: What is your working time?
A: Our working time is at 9:00am~18:00pm from Monday to Saturday.
